Ever just be beaming along on a PVE server and see another vehicle that is NEVER driven by an a.i., so you beep your horn.

Ever see, two more, just rolling along in single file behind and think, that’s odd.  Not many players drive Marshalls to begin with and here are three guys following each other. Well its a PVE server, crazy stuff happens.

I will admit, it was beyond odd that none of these three players (a.i. don’t drive Marshalls), had the customary purple name tags above their heads. So yeah, I checked my map, to make sure I wasn’t experiencing the known bug where you may not see player names. Pulled up the map and yep. No players near. Odd.

So as long as its taken you to read this far, that is forever in combat time. The explosions started soon after. I was dead. If it had been 3 single players, switching to gunner, I might have had a chance to get away. But no. This was an a.i. Marshall, driver AND a gunner. So technically, outnumbered 6 to 1.

You can see that the area wasn’t marked as some special event.  I did get a somewhat half assed attempt at being compensated. A gorgon and a T140. Yeah, a slower less nimble gorgon (albeit tougher with missiles) and a glacially slow tank. Hate tanks, useless pieces of shit. Am I supposed to sell it? Yeah, insta ban. I’ve already had that same trick pulled on me. lolz.

Certainly not the donator black skinned Marshall towing a m10178 SOV (425k) that I was driving. Certainly not zero time lost. Like fuck. I don’t really give a shit about the stuff. Over 35 years of gaming I get one thing. Its just ones and zeroes. I’m not even that concerned with the amount of time this whole thing has taken. More about the lost time the total represents. The stuff earned, 425k. The stuff inside the stuff, 30-50k. The respect amount lost represents a stupid amount of time, 130,000 respect would take about 1.3 million in sales to get, but that was replaced. Now the time lost is like I said, an hour and a half. I can grind out maybe 100-150k in that time.  Just about halfway to that Viper. Now I’m down 425k.

This on top of helping out some of our newer Japanese players on the server, basically giving up about 100k in trucks before this. Good karma that.

Gotta love being a donator and helping out the new guys. Free. B. S.
